TOP 10 Foods and drinks to stay away from before or after coming to Pbc Boot Camps gym! Smoothies from smoothie shops are not all that sometimes they have a time of sugar and calories included. If you think that Starbucks is healthy. You are wrong! Stay away from Splenda and all the sweeteners then add to your coffee. SUGAR STORES BELLY FAT! Wendy Sweet and spicy boneless wings are 550 cal per serving Dunkin Donuts coffee cake muffin is 620 calories that’s a lot of Burpee’s! Although shrimp is healthy to eat Olive Gardens grilled shrimp meal has 900 cal in it! Chilies onion strings and crispy jalapeno stack racks in 2130 cal that’s a lot of running to do!! Quizno’s chicken with honey mustard shallot bread salad ranks in at 1070 cal. Although it’s a salad it is very unhealthy! Pizza Hut’s meeting please own is terrible ranking in at 1480 calories! Lunchables deep dish pepperoni fun pack is an so wholesome. This is meant for kids and raking in at 470 cal per serving! Ruffles cheddar and sour cream flavored potato chips might taste good but there 1 ounce serving size is equal to 160 cal with 11 g of fat in 230 mg of sodium.
