In just 2 1/2 months Johnny has transformed his body from that to this! When he first started, Johnny and I talked for awhile about not just the workouts but mostly about what he should be eating/drinking. Interesting enough Johnny was very confident that he would get his old body back and sure enough he did. Now he has moved on to our more advanced program called WOD*CAMP. Johnny normally does what we call “2-A-DAY.” That means he comes to Boot Camp early in the morning for functional and cardio. Then in the afternoon he will come back and do “isolation” training with our new equipment or WOD*CAMP. He is the definition of committed and his RESULTS are amazing! You can be next, all you have to do is swing by the gym and talk to one of the trainers. Why not?
