PBC Boot Camp is offered numerous times. Please refer to our “OPENING HOURS” tab for a detailed schedule. We have both AM and PM programs.

Yes, if you miss your class you can attend any other BC during the day.
PBC Boot Camp is for all ages and fitness levels. You start off slow and each PBC Boot Camp build your endurance. You will not be alone. We are a family who supports each other through “Think and Thin.”
We ask all campers to bring water, running sneakers, hand towel and BOXING GLOVES (only on thursdays).
The trainers are there to motivate you and push you to workout to your fullest potential. We are not drill sergeants. Rest assured though, if we catching you slacking in a workout, we will let you know. Even though clients are working out hard, you’ll often find them laughing and enjoying themselves. The trainers and current clients are not intimidating, we welcome everyone into the group. NO MATTER YOUR FITNESS LEVEL!
Boot Campers usually show up 10-15 minutes early to class to stretch and warmup.
No worries! We offer classes throughout the entire day starting at 6am,7am,9am Noon, 5pm and 6pm. On Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm we also offer a STRENGTH training class called WOD*CAMP. We also offer OPEN GYM all day long!:)
PBC Boot Camp incorporates multiple types of training including: calisthenics, plyometrics, kickboxing, boxing, functional and strength training. No two workouts are the same. We are firm believers in muscle confusion!
Campers have the option to have a pre-boot camp evaluation including measurements, body-fat analysis, pictures, and diet tips. Motivation, inspiration and a professional team of trainers will guide your through this exciting journey. Expect to be stronger, faster and leaner in just your first 4 weeks. Must women campers lose between 1-3 pounds every week and must men camper lose between 3-5 pounds every week. (Of course if you leave Boot Camp and head over to your favorite fast food joint this will not apply:)
No worries! We have 7000 sqft of CLEAN, air conditioned Boot Camp space for you to train in. You will love all of our BRAND NEW equipment! This is no regular BOX.
