Fitness Boot Camp Gym

Palm Beach County Bootcamp

Our Boot Camp program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of group FAT BURNING intervals over a 45 minute period of time. PBC Boot Camp training commences dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, using suspension training methods called “Jungle Gyms”, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of explosive routines. Sessions always begin with thorough instructions, including showing campers specific ways to modify movements (especially if you haven’t worked out in awhile). Many other exercises using weights and/or body weight, are used to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help you get into a routine of regular exercise.[1] We also offer nutritional tips and advice. “Boot Camp” in the fitness industry describes group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort. Our designed program pushes people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. Sometimes we will take field trips to the beach or a park to switch up your routine and to create muscle confusion. We use bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats, suspension training and burpees, interspersed with running and competitive games. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs, small teams of three or four, or even two teams head on. Palm Beach County Boot Camp provides social support for those taking part. This provides a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym and so find it hard to develop a habit of exercise. Participants make friends and socialize as they exercise, while the trainers provide you with important exercise form tips. Members of our fitness Boot Camp are given a fitness evaluation to gauge their results before and after 4 weeks. One advantage of our Boot Camp is that the small or large group dynamic will often help motivate our participants. One of the bigger advantages of our facility is that it has AIR CONDITIONING!(actually two:) This makes it comfortable to train during those hot summer months. There are many other benefits of our fitness boot camp, which includes mental health. It has long been known that regular aerobic exercise can help to reduce high blood pressure, hypertension and combat stress. Part of this is due to the release of endorphins, which act as a mood elevator.
