Palm Beach County Boot Camp always include some sort of cardio exercises. We truly believe that if your cardio is not working properly, everything else will become much harder. Our method starts with training your most important muscle, the heart. Then your lungs and core. Finishing up with legs, arms and chest. Our classes combine energizing music with well-designed programming to give you great workouts and great results. Aerobic activity strengthens the heart and lungs, burns calories, lowers total cholesterol, decreases stress, reduces the risk of some diseases and improves quality of life. Our cardio classes are included in all Boot Camps. This provides you with the benefits of aerobic activity in a fun and supportive group setting. This is a crucial part of your weight loss journey and needs to be targeted daily for best results. If you haven’t exercised in a while, you will need to modify and even start with a slow walk. But believe us, you will get better and stronger each day.
