First we would like to say that “abs are made in the kitchen” but there are many core exercise we do at Boot Camp to tone and tighten your tummy. The picture above is one of our clients doing oblique sprawls using our Jungle Gyms. This is just one exercise out of 100’s we do. Aerobic exercises daily including Cardio exercises will heat up your core temperature and improve circulation, both of which will aid in acquiring a flat stomach. The more you exercise then more you are going to want to eat cleaner. The results will come and FAST!
